Bring your lunch to the museum on Thursday, December 19, and enjoy an insiders’ introduction to the Smithsonian traveling exhibition American Democracy: A Great Leap of Faith, open now.
The museum’s Curator of Community History, Glenn Perkins, will offer this free introduction to the exhibition and the NC Points of Change that connect the American democracy stories to North Carolina. Afterward, there will be an opportunity to tour the exhibition and ask questions to other curators.
