Veterans Day: Museum Open

Wednesday, November 11 is an especially meaningful day at the Historical Museum. We honor the contributions of local veterans in our Service and Sacrifice military gallery, complete with a searchable computer interactive with stories from area veterans and images of military-related items from collections. We will also mark a 90th anniversary date, for it was on November 11, 1925, then known as Armistice Day, that the museum opened to the public for the first time. Stop by and see us.
