A panel of community members reflects on the cultural meaning and importance of Black holidays in Greensboro. Includes video presentation on history of Greensboro’s MLK Parade, plus discussions of origins and future of Watch Night observations from Mt. Zion Church, as well as presentations by the Kwanzaa Collective and Juneteenth GSO.

Panel organized by Juneteenth GSO. This event is part of the Lifted Voices: Black History program day.
