March is Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month. On this week’s History Lunch Break, Curator of Collections Jon B. Zachman shares a recent interview with David Sheets, father of Special Olympian and NC Athletic Hall of Famer Marty Sheets. He also talks with Jacqueline Hawkins, Exceptional Children (EC) Parent Liaison at Guilford County Schools, about special education in our local schools today.
