A conversation with Debbie Robinson Benton about her memories of the well-known Downtown gathering spot Robinson’s Restaurant.

This African American business run by Freida and Roosevelt Robinson at the corner of Smith Street and Battleground Avenue catered to celebrities like Bill and Hillary Clinton as well as Greensboro neighbors from all walks of life from the 1970s until 2000.
