This March, celebrate International Women’s Day at the Greensboro History Museum on Saturday, March 8. Historically, women in many parts of the world have stitched quilts not only for their function or beauty but also as a means of storytelling, conveying family history, or communicating other messages.
2-3 pm – Come early to see local quilters’ work in the museum lobby.
3-4 pm – Hear from experts on regional quilters past and present.
