Kathelene Smith, archivist at UNCG’s Martha Blakeney Hodges Special Collections & University Archives, talks about the amazing Harriet Elliott. Professor Elliott’s work mobilizing students during WWI helped shape her fight to get those students – and all women – the vote. Tracy Nash, President of the League of Women Voters of the Piedmont Triad, shares her organization’s ongoing work to promote voter education.
