Costumed interpreters in the museum galleries share well-known and little-known stories of African Americans in Greensboro. Lifted Voices is a series of living history programs that bring to life people and stories from Greensboro’s past. This is a free, family-friendly program. Join us for history in first person.

Come by the museum to warm up the whole family during and after the Downtown Greensboro Holiday Parade. There will be fun crafts, mice to hunt and a special visit from Santa from 2 to 4 pm!

On Saturday, August 26 at 2 pm stop by LeBauer Park's South Lawn to celebrate Women’s Equality Day with a Suffragist Craft!   Little Lions Saturday in LeBauer Park is a partner program with Greensboro Downtown Parks.

Drop by the museum to dig into Archaeology Day with the Greensboro History Museum and UNC Greensboro Department of Archaeology.  There will be fun activities and demonstrations for the whole family.
