Many visitors ask about the story behind the Museum’s distinctive brick home. They can find answers in “A Place to Gather,” now on view in the Museum’s Rotunda. Artifacts, archival photos, and a timeline chronicle Guilford County’s precolonial existence as a space of hunting and trade through to the property’s later roles as home to three First Presbyterian Church sanctuaries, the Richardson Civic Center, and – today – the 100-year-old Greensboro History Museum.
