At the museum, we actively collect objects and archival items to deepen and expand our understanding of Greensboro’s past and present. This selection represents just a few things added to GHM collections since 2022.
The newest set of objects on display highlights clothing and textiles, as well as some things that might be found in a pocket.
Guest Curator Sarah Campbell graduated from UNCG in May 2025 with a master’s degree in history concentrating in museum studies. For an independent study in the spring of 2025, she worked with GHM’s collections team to conceptualize, design, research, and display this clothing-focused exhibition of resent museum additions.
