Community Connections
Greensboro’s history is woven from experiences of many different communities. GHM works together with local organizations, neighborhoods, cultural and faith groups to highlight both well-known and lesser-known cultures and stories across our city.
Community Voices Displays
The Community Voices space in the museum lobby hosts displays developed and produced by local organizations to highlight significant and sometimes unheard parts of our city’s history. Every year we work with two to three community organizations to develop these temporary displays.
Partners have included Greensboro Beautiful, the Ever Achieving Retired Teachers Club, Zeta Phi Beta sorority, and many more.
