12-1 pm 6th Annual Greensboro Honors: Veterans Day Parade with Greensboro History Museum float featuring living history interpreters. Sponsored by Disabled American Veterans Chapter 20, the parade honors all veterans, as well as active duty personnel and Gold Star families, of Guilford County. Route begins on N. Elm Street at Kontoor and finishes along Lindsay St. in front of museum
1:30-3:30 pm Lifted Voices: Greensboro Veterans. Drop by the museum and explore our exhibitions to listen to costumed interpreters sharing the history of veterans’ service in different conflicts from World War I to Desert Storm.
